Object

table mandatory 
Table of traps for each permanent manager.
A Trap will be send to the manager according to the Trap
Enable/Disable flag related to the Trap ID. 
When adding a new manager to the permanent managers
table, the Agent will set its entry in this table with the
default value for each trap flag.
