Integer32
This value specifies how much time in millisecond SOL to buffer data before sending the next SOL packet since the last SOL packet was transmitted. Valid value from 5 ms to 1275 ms. The value is in 5 ms increment. Value is not in 5 ms increment will be truncated to a nearest 5s. Default value is 5 ms.
