If non-zero, this service class will operate as a priority service class with the specified priority value. This object can not be set in Diffserv mode (i.e. rlDiffservModeEnabled = enabled), in which case rlServiceClassPhbType should be used instead. It can't be set when rlBoundedPriorityQueueSupport = notSupported as well.
