The set of zones which form this zone set on this
VSAN. The zones are identified by zoneIndex object
in the zoneTable.
If a particular bit has a value of '1', then the
corresponding zone is a part of this zone set.
All other zones have '0' in their positions or
not present in the string.
The default value is the zero length string.
