the enforced zone set on this VSAN. The enforced
zones are identified by zoneIndex object in the
zoneEnforcedZoneTable.
If a particular bit has a value of '1', then the
corresponding zone is a part of this zone set.
All other zones have '0' in their positions or
not present in the string.
