This object specifies the ACK SDP is enabled or not.
If this object is set to 'true', then it sends ADP with ACK
when CODEC or reportable NTE delta changed, or an attempt
is made to change CODEC, VAD, Packet-period, echo
cancellation during FAX/modem mode.
