This variable indicates if the PTSE of this link 
is currently contained in the PNNI PTSE database. 
              
If this entry is also contained in the PNNI PTSE 
database, the agent sets the value of this variable 
to 'true'. If this entry is not contained in the PNNI 
PTSE database, the agent set the value of this variable 
to 'false'.
