Object

scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTimeInterval 
This Object indicates CPU throttling observation period. The
value of the CPU utilization for this period is stored in 
cpmCPUTotalMonIntervalValue. If the value of 
cpmCPUTotalMonIntervalValue object is above  
cwoGeneralCPUThrottleHigh, a cwoCPUThrottlingOn notification 
is sent. If it is below cwoGeneralCPUThrottleLow, a 
cwoCPUThrottlingOff notification is sent to the NMS.
