This object indicates total Remote Requests(RR) served by
remote servers for encrypted connections by MAPI AO since it
was started.
          
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the MAPI AO. The last discontinuity time is
indicated by the value of cwoAoStatsLastResetTime for the MAPI
AO.
