scalar requests SNMPv2-SMICounter64 
This object indicates the Akamai connected cache statistics for
total number of cache-bypass transactions that were handled in 
bypass mode transparent cache profile. When bypass mode
transparent cache profile is set for a particular hostname, the
caching for the hostname specified in a rule is suppressed. In
this mode, the cache-engine turns off caching for one or more
configured sites.
