Restricted trunk type for routing, used by PXM. It 
specifies that the connection either cannot be routed over
satelite trunks, or terrestrial trunks, or it can be on
any type of trunk. It is not necessary to be provide in
the connection setup request, the default value is 
noresriction(1).
