cesChanOnhookCode

This object identifies the on-hook code to be sent.
This object is applicable only when cesChanIdleDetEnable object
is set to enableOnhookDet(2).
              
The value 0..3 is applicable for T1 with
framing mode set to super frame(SF).
              
The value 0..15 is applicable for T1 with
framing mode set to Extended Super Frame(ESF)/E1 CAS.
 Only applicable for CESM-8T1/E1.
