enableOnhookDet(2) : Enable Idle detection whenver it detects
Onhook in ABCD bits(of T1 frame).
The on hook code is configurable

Applicable in structured mode.
enableIdlePatternDet(3): Enable payload Idle code detection.
Idle pattern is configurable through
cesChanIdleSignalCode object.
Only applicable to CESM-8T1/E1 and non strau channels.
