Enumeration
This specifies clocking mode of the CBR service.
synchronous(1) : The transmit clock frequency is
produced by an external source.
srts (2) : Synchronous Residual TimeStamp(SRTS)
is an asnychronous clocking method.
The SRTS measures the difference between
the service clock(received on the CBR interface)
and the network-wide reference clock. The
difference is the Residual Time Stamp(RTS).
The RTS is propogated to the remote end of
the circuit in the AAL1 header.
The receiving end reconstructs the clock by
adjusting the reference clock by RTS value.
adaptive(3) : In adaptive clocking, the source CES IWF
simply sends data to the destination CES IWF.
The destination CES IWF writes data to the
segmentation and re-assembly(SAR) buffer
reads it with local T1 service clock.
The local (interface) service clock is
determined from the actual CBR data received.
Only synchronous(1) mode is supported in CESM-4P and CESM-T3.
