This object specifies the RSRQ onset threshold value. If the value of cwceLteCurrRsrq goes below the threshold and the service bit in cwceLteRsrqOnsetNotifFlag is set, the cwceLteRsrqOnsetNotif notification for that service will be sent. The absolute value of cwceLteRsrqAbateNotifThreshold should be less than or equal to the absolute value of cwceLteRsrqOnsetNotifThreshold (|cwceLteRsrqAbateNotifThreshold| <= |cwceLteRsrqOnsetNotifThreshold|).
