Object
This object specifies the profile APN-AMBR. APN-AMBR is aggregate bit rate across all Non-GBR bearers and across all PDN connections of the same APN. The value APN-AMBR is a parameter which is defined as part of a user's subscription, but may be overridden by the PCRF.
