column meters per second SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32 
Horizontal Velocity in meters per second the GPS
device is heading. This is the value returned by
the GPS satellite relative to the last horizontal 
location of the GPS device. If at Time X satellite 
sees the location of GPS device is L1 and then at 
Time Y satellite sees the location is L2 then 
speed is (L2 - L1) / ( Y - X).
