This object indicates whether the VLAN translation 
feature is enabled on the port.
              
Setting this value to 'true' enables VLAN translation
on the port.
              
Setting this value to 'false' disables VLAN
translation on the port.  The corresponding
entries in table cvtPortTranslationTable will not
be used if the value of this object is 'false'.
