The number of active connections which correspond
to remote access applications. Specifically, the
protocol for which the connection is established
must be one of PPP, PPTP, L2TP or remote access IPsec
(IPsec connections employing extended authentication).
          
This value is accumulated from the last reboot of
the firewall.
