ctpcStatEventMonObjectInst

This object specifies a complete OID of a
monitoring object which was crossed.
              
For example, the OID of ctpcAvgPeriodLatency.1.video
would represent video latency of a call with 
call index '1' crossed the threshold set by the corresponding
ctpcStatMonitoredEntry.
