This object indicates the ifIndex value of the interface
that has the largest number of total dropped outbound packets
among all the physical interfaces on this module.
              
If there were no dropped outbound packets on any  
physical interfaces of this module, this object has 
the value 0.
              
If there are multiple physical interfaces of this module having
the same largest number of total dropped outbound packets, the  
ifIndex of the first such interfaces will be assigned to this
object.
