stpxFastStartBpduFilterEnable

Indicates the global default mode of the Bpdu
Filter feature on the device.
          
On platforms that does not support per port 
Bpdu Filter configuration as indicated by
the object stpxFastStartPortBpduFilterMode,
if  the value of this object is set to true(1), 
and the Fast Start Feature is operationally 
enabled on a port, then no BPDUs will be 
transmitted on this port.
