Enumeration
The status of the certificate that is used to publish
the public key.
The following values are defined:
Valid(1) : Certificate is valid,
Expired(2) : Certificate has expired,
Rolling Over(3): Certificate is being renewed.
Whether or not an expired certificate can be used for
the proxy service is implementation specific.
