The conceptual row status of the proxy service
configuration entry.
An entry cannot have the status 'active' until values
have been assigned to the following objects:
cspPsVirtualAddress,
cspPsVirtualPort,
cspPsServerAddress and
cspPsServerPort.
This entry can be modified when the status is 'active'.
