This object indicates huntstop is enabled
(true) or disabled (false) for the number 
pattern configured for the corresponding
voice register pool.
If enabled, the incoming call will stop 
hunting if the dial-peer is busy.
If disabled, the incoming call will hunt
further for dial-peers.
