SNMPv2-SMICounter32
This object reflects the total number of
times, since this SAP was created, that the
dynamic window algorithm has been invoked to
reduce the value of Ww on any of the connection
components of this SAP. This object is
initialized to zero when the SAP is created.
This function is not described in the IEEE 802.2
specification [5], but is widely implemented.
