This object reflects support for transmission
and receipt of SIM and RIM control frames for
this port.
              
SIM and RIM are not defined in the ANSI/IEEE
802.2 specification [5] nor in the IBM Token
Ring Architecture Reference [6].  These
control frames are used for the remote program
load of IBM communications processors.
