column connections SNMPv2-SMICounter64 
The number of connections created by SLB since it was
configured.  TCP connections are created after seeing a
SYN for a connection.  UDP connections are created
based on the source and destination and are removed
based on a timer.  This is the 64-bit version of
slbStatsCreatedConnections.
