The IP protocol type that is associated with the
slbSaspMemberIpAddress and slbSaspMemberPort.  The
protocol type, along with the IP address and port
number, is registered with the SASP Agent.  The SASP
Agent includes this information when reporting the
weights for each member in either the 'Get Weights
Reply' or the 'Send Weights Message'.
