Object
This object specifies if the RSCN module should
generate 'rscnIlsRxRejectReqNotify' notifications.
If value of this object is 'true', then
the notification is generated when a SW_RSCN
that is rejected by another device is received
on the local device.
If it is 'false', the notification is not generated.
