rscnEventTov

This object specifies the event time-out value
configured for the VSAN. This timeout value 
corresponds to the coalescing timeout.
This object is used to merge a number of RSCNs 
into a single frame and send them out when  
timer expires. The value of zero indicates that 
frames will not be coalesced.
