A threshold defined for the vpdn group limit
(crpmsVpdnLimit) which, when crossed, triggers a
crpmsRisingAlarm or a crpmsFallingAlarm notification
(refer to the notification definitions in this MIB
for more details).
A value of 100 percent cannot be exceeded and therefore
disables this threshold setting. A value of 0 percent is
always exceeded.
