Object
This specifies whether ciscoRfSupTimeChangeEvent,
ciscoRfSupTimeZoneChangeEvent notifications shall be sent
when the system's clock or time zone is changed causing
a change in the values of cRfSupSysAvailableStartTime or
cRfSupSysSwitchoverTime objects.
Notifications will be sent only if this object is
set to 'true'.
