This table records the last 'N'        occurrences of
failures        (setup or operational) per user        group,
where 'N' is the        value of the MIB element
'crasFailTableSize' defined earlier.
          
When 'N'        entries        have been created, the failure
information about a new user group must be created by
deleting        the oldest entry in this table.
