Bits
This object indicates the power support mode received
from the remote PD via MDI TLV in LLDP protocol.
'portClass' - This bit is set if the port is
operating as PSE. Otherwise, it is
operating as PD.
'pseMdiPwrSupport' - This bit is set if power is supported in
MDI TLV.
'pseMdiPwrState' - This bit is set if power is enabled.
'psePairCtrlAbility' - This bit is set if pair selection can
be controlled.
