This objects denotes whether a single VSAN is
being tracked on cptPortTrackTrackedPort or
all the VSANs on that port are tracked.
If the set to 'singleVsan', then the VSAN
that will be tracked will be denoted by the
instance of cptPortTrackVsanIndex.
