violation.
              
 shutdown(1)   - the interface will be forced to
                 shut down.
              
 dropNotify(2) - the matched traffic will be 
                 dropped and 
                 cpsSecureMacAddrViolation 
                 notification will be generated.
              
 drop(3)       - the matched traffic will be 
                 dropped.
