column r/w Packets per second Integer32 
If cpsIfInvalidSrcRateLimitEnable is set to 
'true' then this value is used to limit the 
rate at which packets with invalid source MAC     
addresses are processed on this interface.  Upon 
exceeding the rate, the port is shutdown. If 
cpsIfInvalidSrcRateLimitEnable is set to 'false'
then this value will be -1.
