Specifies whether the PAE port is declared as
Inaccessible Authentication Bypass (IAB). IAB ports
will be granted network access via the administrative
configured VLAN if it failed to connect to the
Authentication server. The only way to bring an IAB
port back to the Backend Authentication state machine
is through setting dot1xPaePortInitialize in the
corresponding entry in dot1xPaePortTable to 'true'.
              
802.1x reauthentication will be temporary disabled on
an authenticated IAB port if the connection to
the Authentication server is broken, and enable again
when the connection is resumed.
