Operational status of a packet capture session.
              
other      : none of the following.
inProgress : packet capture session is in progress.
completed  : number of captured frames has reached
             the value of corresponding instance of
             cpcSessionPacketLimits.
stopped    : packet capture session was administratively
             stopped.
storageFull: storage device is full.
bufferFull : storage buffer is full.
