This object specifies the interface that
will be assigned to a virtual context.
The non-zero value specifies the upper value
of the interface range.  This value must be
greater than the value in cmVirtContextIfMapIdLow.
The value zero specifies that value specified 
in cmVirtContextIfMapIdLow is assigned.
