Object
This object controls if the H.248 congestion package
(H.248.10) and its associated features should be enabled
for the media gateway.
If this object is set to 'false', then the following MIB
objects and MIB table will be ignored:
cmedxCallRenotifInterval
cmedxCRRNumOfLevel
cmedxCurrentCRR
cmedxCrrNotifyState
cmedxCrrNotifyEnabled
cmedxCallReduceLevelTable.
