This object indicates whether the member has joined this
RRM RF Group yet. If not the value would be 'false'.
Else it would be true. This field is significant only
if the current group is a static RRM RF Group.
In all other cases a value of 'true' would be shown.
              
true  - member has joined the group successfully
false - member has not joined the group yet.
