Enumeration
This object specifies the mode for the RRM algorithm
for the band.
'automatic' - the controller form groups and elect leaders
to perform better dynamic parameter optimization.
'leader' - the user can manually configure the group.
'off' - no dynamic grouping occurs. Each controller
optimizes only its own APs' parameters.
