When admission control is enabled these parameters
can be modified.
loadBased - controller will reserve and manage
max-bandwidth and roaming-bandwidth
based on the load on the WLAN.
static - controller will reserve and
manage max-bandwidth
(cLQd11bVoiceMaxAdmBandwidth)
and roaming-bandwidth
(cLQd11bVoiceMaxRoamBandwidth)
as per user configured values.
When ACM is disabled, admission control will not
be enforced. This may delay voice traffic depending
on the traffic on the WLAN.
