This object indicates the time instance at which
this report was received by the new AP, to which 
client roamed to.  This represents number of
seconds elapsed since 00:00:00 on January 1, 1970,
Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).  So a value of 
'1131362704' means 'Mon Nov  7 16:55:04 2005'.
