This object specifies to clear the modes like 'Sniffer',
'Monitor' which is not inherited from tag configuration on
controller. Once cleared, AP may reboot and move to the AP mode
based on current tag configuration.
A value of 'true' indicates AP mode is cleared
A value of 'false' indicates AP mode is set
