This object specifies whether encyrption between
controller and AP is enabled or not. Encryption
can only be enabled if ESM card in controller is 
pluged in.
              
A value of 'true' enables encryption between 
controller and AP.
              
A value of 'false' disables encryption between 
controller and AP.
