SNMPv2-TCDateAndTime
This object indicates the license start date of the feature. This object is applicable if at least one of the licenses used for this feature has a valid start date. The start date will be the earliest of the valid start dates of all the licenses used for this feature. If none of the licenses used for this feature have a valid start date then this object will contain an octet string of length 0.
