A table of Remote IP addresses for the Signaling
Gateway Mate (SGM).
          
For a given SGM, there can be multiple remote
IP addresses which are used for the multi-homing
feature of the SCTP associations.

cItpXuaSgmRemoteIpRowStatus in accordance with 
the RowStatus convention.
